The Tasting Experience

Choosing a full-service caterer is about more than menus on paper: it's about taste, connection, and confidence in the team bringing your special event to life. We invite you to join us for a Beau Catering tasting to experience our food, style, and the people behind it.

Here’s how it works:

• Submit a Proposal Request: 

  • Begin by submitting a Proposal Request with as many details about your event as possible. We will confirm if we are available for your event and follow up promptly.

• Schedule Your Tasting:

  • Tastings are offered on select Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 2:00 and 4:00 pm at our Chapel Hill location. Due to our full event schedule and weekend commitments, we are unable to offer in-person tastings on the weekend. We do offer a pickup tasting option Monday through Saturday (starting at 11:00 am). ​

• Select Your Menu:

  • Once your tasting is scheduled, we will send you a curated tasting menu featuring a selection of our most popular dishes, designed to help you narrow down the items that speak most to you. The menu is intentionally streamlined to give you a strong sense of our food and presentation while keeping the experience simple and focused.

  • Dietary restrictions? No problem! We are happy to accommodate your dietary needs. Please specify any dietary concerns, and we will plan your menu accordingly.

• ​Tasting Details

  • Tastings for two are complimentary.​

  • Additional guests are $25 per person.

  • During your tasting, you will meet our team, ask questions, and explore ideas for your event in a relaxed, collaborative setting.
