Our Covid-19 Policies for New Clients
Right now we are all making our way through uncharted waters together, and we want clients both new and old to know that we are here for you. We want to put the focus on you and your event during this difficult time. If you are carefully considering how to move forward with an important event in the midst of this pandemic, we want to provide you with our strategy to continue the planning process.
Let us know what questions you have and how we may be able to help you work through and finalize decisions in a time that so directly affects us all.
How are we handling previously booked and rescheduled events?
Due to Covid-19 concerns, many of our March through July events are being rescheduled, and our available dates are closing more rapidly than normal. If you are still considering having your event with us, we don’t want you to miss out on temporary holds/dates you previously inquired about without giving you the opportunity to claim them. Please let us know if you are still interested and if you would like to have a virtual tasting with us! If you have budgetary concerns please let us know, so we can work with you.
Are there considerations I will receive as a newly booked client given the current uncertainty?
If you commit to a date with a contract and 20% deposit by May 31, 2020 we will give you a 10% discount on all food costs. This will be honored for couples with whom we have already been talking to as well as new inquiries.
If I book an event, how will I have meetings with you?
Once you become a client, we start working with you and your planner right way. Even though we can’t all be together, we can still go on a virtual site visit of the venue with you to plan out the event. We can have virtual rental consultations if needed. And we can meet virtually with you and any group that may be needed to continuing planning your event.
Our tastings usually take place in person at our facility in Hillsborough or at our quarterly Tasting and Tour events. Now we are offering Beau Catering Virtual Tastings!
You can have phone calls or virtual meetings with Katie Hopkins, our Catering Manager, as you may need to have questions answered.
We will prepare a Tasting Tray for up to 6 people for you to pick up from our kitchen in Hillsborough. If you live within Orange County, we may be able to drop it off on your front porch for you if that is easier or preferred. If you have an alternate solution or request, please ask us and we will see what we can do. You may choose from a predetermined tasting menu.
